Responsibilities

→5+ years in Product Operations, Business Operations, or a data-focused analytical role within enterprise SaaS
→Experience working across Product, Finance, or Go-To-Market teams where data was used to drive strategy
→Demonstrated ability to utilize AI platforms to build automated processes, conduct rapid data analysis, and refine operational workflows to reduce manual overhead
→Proficiency with dashboarding and analytics tools such as Tableau, Dovetail, Pendo, Snowflake, or similar. Comfortable writing SQL or pulling data independently.
→Strong ability to work with messy, incomplete, or ambiguous data and still draw meaningful, defensible conclusions
→Skilled at translating between technical data teams and non-technical business stakeholders
→Proactive communicator
→Experience with AI-assisted analytics or automation in metrics building
→Exposure to data governance or analytics infrastructure design
→Background in identity, security, or developer platforms

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:

$124,000—$171,000 CAD
