Responsibilities
~1 min readThis position requires the individual to perform general labor of drilling, cutting and tap aluminum and stainless steel. This position requires individual to obtain material from material carts and place them in a machine. This position requires employees to read orders and obtain material to prepare for machine operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Operate CNC, Laser, and WaterJet machinery to cut, form, drill, and fabricate metal parts
- →Set up machines by loading programs, selecting tooling, adjusting offsets, and verifying job parameters
- →Read and interpret blueprints, CAD instructions, work orders, and product tags to ensure accurate production
- →Perform first-piece inspections and dimensional checks using precision measuring tools, documenting results as required
- →Maintain safe, organized operations by monitoring machine performance, handling materials, performing operator-level maintenance, and following safety and 5S procedures
- Experience operating CNC machinery, including Laser Cutters and/or WaterJet cutting systems
- Ability to understand and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and production documentation
- Familiarity with machine controls, offsets, cutting parameters, and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to consistently lift 75 lbs over a 10‑hour shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality, precision metal parts
Requirements
~1 min read- Ability to lift, bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently throughout the shift
- Ability to stand on concrete in steel‑toe safety shoes for up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with the region (heat, humidity, etc.)
