Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Leading and guiding maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency
- →Plan and assign daily maintenance tasks, prioritizing urgent repairs and preventive work
- →Lead hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- →Maintain and update CMMS for work orders and equipment history
- →Source and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- →Support continuous improvement projects and plant-wide initiatives
- Extensive hands-on experience – 5 years of practical experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in an industrial setting, in depth knowledge of mechanical systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.
- 2+ years leading and managing a team of mechanics, including training and mentoring junior staff.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Parts / inventory, writing work orders, and scheduling experience
