  • 1st shift – Full Time – 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM Mon-Thurs.
  • Friday to be determined by business needs.
  • Shift length may vary on occasion based on production needs.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and follow OBE Quality and Safety standards.
  • Learn and perform proper loading and unloading procedures using forklifts, cranes, and combi. Will become certified on equipment.
  • Receive and inspect materials into the organization.
  • Verify materials to invoices and ensure accuracy of material delivery.
  • Confirm project picklists and pull material from stock.
  • Use computer and inventory resources to enter/locate material information.
  • Deliver materials to proper plant locations.
  • Understand and comply with all written policies, work rules, and instructions.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
  • Good work ethic with consistent attendance.
  • Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, bend, twist, carry, walk, and reach frequently.
  • Ability to lift/move 50+ pounds intermittently.
  • Ability to stand and walk on a concrete floor, wearing steel-toed shoes with metatarsal guards and other safety equipment for eight to ten hours per day.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment without temperature or humidity control.
  • Engage in pre-shift and mid-shift stretching routines.
