• →Perform quality inspections on doors for dimensions, color, hardware, and overall finish.
• →Package doors and hardware accurately, ensuring glass requirements are met and installed.
• →Read trip reports, label doors, and allocate glass/hardware using software.
• →Handle metal extrusions (up to 24 ft) by hand or with a stand-up lift; assist with truck loading/unloading.
• →Organize and secure materials to prevent damage; strap opened bundles for stability.
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; support door production as needed.

• Ability to read measurements, assembly instructions, and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills.
• Safety-focused and coachable.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and wear required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, hard hat, cut-resistant sleeves, and steel-toe boots with met guard.
