About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Influencer Manager to support end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for Lipton. This role will work closely with internal teams, creators, talent managers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution, content excellence, and performance tracking.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital content trends, creator ecosystems, social media platforms, and influencer campaign workflows.
Responsibilities

- →Research, identify, and curate creators aligned with campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand requirements.
- →Assist in influencer shortlisting, outreach, and campaign planning.
- →Support the development of creator-first campaign concepts and content approaches.
Content Strategy & Quality Control
- →Review influencer content concepts, scripts, and deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- →Coordinate content feedback and approvals between creators, agencies, and stakeholders.
- →Ensure content quality, compliance, and timely delivery across campaigns.
Digital Content & Creative Support
- →Contribute to content planning, and creator brief development.
- →Monitor platform trends, emerging creators, and content formats to inform campaign recommendations.
- →Assist in developing creative concepts that drive engagement and brand relevance.
Campaign Execution & Stakeholder Management
- →Manage day-to-day coordination with influencers, talent agencies, and internal teams.
- →Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and publishing schedules.
- →Serve as a key point of contact for creator and agency communications during campaign execution.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- →Compile post-campaign reports, performance summaries, and key learnings.
- →Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards.
What you need to be great in this role:
- →1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- →Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and emerging creator platforms.
- →Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- →Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously.
- →Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- →Passion for social media, creator culture, and digital storytelling.
