Job Description

You enjoy working with content—asking good questions, organizing complex ideas, and shaping information so it’s clear, persuasive, and easy to navigate. You understand the value of thoughtful content that reflects how a brand delivers to its clients.

As a Proposal Assistant, you will support marketing professionals as they partner with technical teams to position the firm to win work and strengthen Olsson’s brand with public and private agencies.

You will contribute to marketing efforts across water, transportation, community infrastructure, and private development, translating technical knowledge into proposal, qualification, and positioning materials that align with client expectations and firm standards.
