PR, Influencer & Social Media Intern

At O My Bag, we're on a mission to make a positive difference in the world, one bag at a time. Our office is a hub of ambition, creativity, and fun, and we're looking for a PR, Influencer & Social Media Intern who shares our passion and is excited to learn, contribute, and grow alongside our team.

As our PR & Social Media Intern, you'll play an active role in how O My Bag connects with influencers, creators, media, and our global community. You'll support the team in bringing campaigns to life, building meaningful partnerships, organizing events, and creating engaging content, while gaining hands-on experience in the world of PR, influencer marketing, and social media.

As the link between PR and social media, you'll support the team across a wide variety of projects while gradually taking ownership of your own responsibilities.

Your tasks will include:

  Supporting the planning and execution of seasonal PR and influencer campaigns, including sample shipments, promotional materials, and performance tracking.

• →

  Assisting with influencer and brand collaborations, including our affiliate program, from outreach to reporting.

• →

  Helping organize influencer events, press moments, and brand activations.

• →

  Supporting the development of our creator community by researching, identifying, and building relationships with influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  Assisting the social media team with content creation, trend research, and production days.

• →

  Reporting on influencer, PR, and social media performance and maintaining campaign overviews and statistics.

• →

  Managing our PR and Instagram inboxes and responding to requests in the O My Bag tone of voice.

  Organizing and maintaining our content archive, ensuring collaboration assets are available across channels.

  Bringing fresh ideas to campaigns, creator partnerships, and content initiatives.

During your internship, you'll gain hands-on experience in:

• Influencer marketing and creator partnerships

• PR and media relations

• Social media strategy and content creation

• Campaign planning and performance analysis

• Event organization and brand activations

• Working within an international purpose-driven fashion brand

You'll work closely with experienced marketing professionals and gain insight into every aspect of how a growing global brand builds meaningful relationships with its community.

You're the right fit for us if you:

✨ Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in the Netherlands.

✨ Are studying Communication, Marketing, Business Development, Media, or a related field.

✨ Enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

✨ Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple projects moving forward.

✨ Enjoy connecting with people and building professional relationships.

✨ Are creative, proactive, and excited to contribute fresh ideas.

✨ Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.

✨ Are available full-time (40 hours per week) for 5-6 months starting September 2026.

You will be part of our Marketing Team, consisting of nine passionate colleagues. You'll work closely with Emilie, our PR & Influencer Manager, who will be your internship supervisor, and report to Sabine, our Marketing Manager.
