Our Kenya program, founded in 2006, operates under the local brand Tupande. Close to 500 staff in our Kakamega headquarters support 1,747 field staff and serve more than 1 million farmers. In Nairobi, around 50 staff support global functions like procurement, recruitment, government relations, and communications.
About the Role
~1 min readThe SAP QC Supervisor will lead the Inventory Data Management (IDM) Quality Control function for the Kenya Program. This role is responsible for overseeing transaction integrity across 14 warehouses, managing a team of QC Administrators, and transitioning manual workflows into automated, real-time processes. The primary objective is to ensure the accuracy of inventory data to support critical operational decision-making.
Responsibilities

- →Lead and oversee all SAP QC activities, including identifying and correcting erroneous transactions through coordination with the Warehouse Team.
- →Ensure that corrections are supported by complete documentation and are compliant with internal controls and audit standards.
- →Conduct GRPO QC to ensure that all goods receipt postings are accurate and match physical deliveries and supplier documentation.
Team Management & Development
- →Directly manage SAP QC administrators up to JL3, including task allocation, performance tracking, and professional development.
- →Facilitate ongoing training and upskilling in SAP QC procedures for SAP QC administrators
Process Improvement & Data Analytics
- →Drive the adoption of new platforms and automated workflows to replace manual reviews.
- →Use Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into QC activities and data accuracy

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or SAP HANA, especially in inventory and warehouse management modules.
- Proficient in SAP inventory transactions, including GRPO, stock transfers, and goods issues.
- Competence in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) for tracking and reporting.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
