Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Construct AC power systems with voltages up to 1000V
Install and maintain secondary power systems, including standby generators and battery systems
Work with new and existing utility services
Perform AC to DC power conversion
Interpret construction drawings and one‑line diagrams(Adobe or Bluebeam PDF editor experience preferred)
Install and troubleshoot low‑voltage alarming and control wiring
Troubleshoot low‑ and medium‑voltage electrical systems
Install EMT, GRC, and PVC conduit
Perform basic electrical calculations, including:
Conductor sizing
Available fault current
Voltage drop
Install step‑down transformers
Perform electrical testing
Install electrical enclosures
Supervise and mentor electrical apprentices
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
Requirements

License & Certifications
Colorado Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
Journeyman license in surrounding states (Preferred)
OSHA 30 (Preferred)

Compensation
$40–$50 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
