Fabricator / Welder

We offer an outstanding benefits package and clear paths for upward mobility.   Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join our team. This role involves shop and field fabrication, welding, and installation of steel components for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, can read and work from drawings, and is comfortable traveling to job sites as needed.   Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and weld steel components using MIG and Stick processes Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and specifications Perform both shop fabrication and field installation work Ensure weld quality meets applicable codes and company standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment Work independently and as part of a team to meet project schedules Travel to remote job sites as required   Qualifications: Proven experience as a fabricator and/or welder Proficiency with MIG and Stick welding Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Valid driver’s license AWS certification preferred but not required   Schedule: Full‑time, 40+ hours per week   Travel: Approximately 15%   Pay: $28–$33 per hour (based on experience)   Benefits: Paid certification testing as applicable Per diem for travel Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Disability insurance 401(k) Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Referral bonus program   Equal Employment Opportunity Ontivity provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
