We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake to help build and optimize modern cloud-based data solutions that support critical business operations.

In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize data models, and ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality data to downstream business systems. You'll work with modern cloud-native technologies while helping evolve the organization's data platform toward a Snowflake and dbt architecture.

The ideal candidate has strong experience building enterprise data pipelines, designing scalable data warehouses, and transforming complex business requirements into reliable data solutions.

 

Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool).

Experience migrating ETL workloads to Snowflake-native architectures.

Experience with SAP Callidus.

Experience with Xactly.

Experience with CaptivateIQ.

Experience working with Sales Compensation or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms.

Experience supporting Revenue Operations or Sales Operations teams.

Experience with Snowflake Cortex.

Experience implementing AI-driven data workflows.

Experience working with Finance or Commission-related datasets.
