As a Bilingual Talent Coordinator, you'll be the first person many candidates meet and the one who helps guide them through the hiring and onboarding process. You'll support both our talent and branch team by creating a positive experience, keeping operations organized, and helping people get to work.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Talent Coordinator, you'll help keep the branch running smoothly while providing excellent service to both English- and Spanish-speaking talent.

  • Welcome candidates, employees, clients, and visitors in person, over the phone, and by email, creating a positive first impression.

  • Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking talent throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

  • Coordinate onboarding, including background checks, drug screens, E-Verify, I-9s, and other hiring documentation.

  • Answer questions about payroll, timecards, paychecks, and employment paperwork.

  • Help recruit talent by posting jobs, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting local recruiting and marketing efforts.

  • Build relationships with employees and encourage referrals to help grow our talent network.

  • Maintain accurate records and keep employee files and branch systems up to date.

  • Assist with client reporting, timekeeping, invoicing, and other branch administrative tasks.

  • Support payroll processing by collecting and reviewing timecards and helping resolve payroll questions.

  • Order office supplies, organize the branch, and assist with day-to-day office operations.

  • Participate in daily team meetings and collaborate with the branch to meet hiring and service goals.

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable learning new technology and working in multiple systems.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.

  • Previous staffing, recruiting, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
