As a Staffing Specialist, you’ll be a key part of connecting top talent with a large manufacturing client, helping them grow their workforce. This role is high-volume and hands-on. You’ll be screening resumes, interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, and managing talent throughout their assignments. You’ll also support client communication, conduct onsite visits as needed, and work closely with your team.

- →Build and maintain strong client relationships; communicate regularly and visit the client site as needed.
- →Collaborate with your team to drive growth and fill positions efficiently.
- →Navigate multiple systems and tools to keep operations running smoothly.
- People-oriented, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong with technology and comfortable using multiple systems.
- Motivated by results but also guided by empathy.
- Enjoy working closely with a team and building relationships.
This is a full-time and permanent opportunity. This position includes a base salary + monthly commissions, PTO, holiday pay, and comprehensive benefits.
