The AI & Analytics Specialist will act as a shared resource across Commercial Operations, supporting Brand, Sales, Marketing, Training, and Finance teams. This individual will help embed AI and automation into core workflows—enhancing how data is transformed, analyzed, and delivered to drive faster and smarter decision-making across Amneal's Specialty portfolio.

  • Apply AI and automation techniques to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual data processing across commercial analytics
  • Enhance semantic layers for enrichment of Power BI dashboards
  • Guide development of dashboards (Power BI) with automated data refreshes, intelligent features, and scalable design with the offshore support
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate redundant reporting and create standardized, self-service solutions; Improve speed and consistency of insights delivery through automation of recurring analyses and reporting processes
  • Help to optimize Next Best action techniques and omnichannel insights leveraging Alteryx One and other AI bolt-ons.
  • Support forecasting processes by developing tools and models that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scenario planning
  • Partner with Directors and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI-enabled approaches into forecasting workflows
  • Assist in identifying leading indicators and signal detection methods using advanced analytics techniques
  • Help translate business assumptions into data-driven models that support planning and performance tracking.
  • Analyze utilization of key commercial resources (e.g., field activity, speaker programs, promotional efforts) to identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop data-driven tools and frameworks to support more efficient allocation of spend and field effort
  • Support incentive compensation and performance tracking analytics through automated reporting and insights generation
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose AI-driven solutions to improve operational effectiveness
  • Act as a shared AI resource across Marketing, Sales, Training, Finance, and Operations; Support development and optimization of ETL processes and data pipelines across multiple data sources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, AI-enabled solutions
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Fabric, Copilot, ChatGPT-based workflows); Support training and adoption of new tools, helping teams effectively leverage AI and automation capabilities; Maintain a high level of curiosity and continuously explore emerging AI applications within commercial analytics.
  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Quantitative field: Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field - Required

 

  • 3 years or more in Experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles
  • in Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI/ML techniques, automation, or prompt-based tools to business problems
  • in Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
  • in Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
  • in Ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • in High energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning and applying emerging AI technologies
  • in Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, or working with structured/unstructured data
  • in Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Fabric) or AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Python-based workflows)
  • in Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical data (IQVIA, claims, patient data)

 

The base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 - $90,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award, with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
