We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to take ownership of their work and support daily fleet operations.

Responsibilities

→Safely load, transport, and unload e-scooters as needed
→Redistribute scooters throughout the market based on operational needs
→Perform battery swaps to keep vehicles charged and available for riders
→Conduct basic visual inspections to identify damaged or unsafe vehicles
→Use smartphone apps to track tasks, routes, and vehicle status
→Maintain organization of vehicles and equipment at the warehouse
→Follow company processes and safety guidelines at all times
→Support additional field and warehouse tasks as assigned

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable driving and working independently in the field
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull scooters weighing up to 80 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology for daily tasks
Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude

Nice to Have

Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse work, logistics, or field operations
Experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Familiarity with electric scooters, bikes, or micromobility operations
