As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and internal teams can seamlessly use the platform. You will work closely with sales and customer-facing teams to configure backend systems, manage demo environments, and support operational workflows that keep everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in structured processes and enjoys optimizing systems for efficiency and accuracy.

• →Partner with sales and customer success teams to set up new platform instances and configure customer accounts in the backend
• →Manage demo environments, including setting up and shutting down instances as needed
• →Execute and maintain custom configurations for both internal and external use cases
• →Follow established operational workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
• →Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

• Several years of experience in operations, data entry, or administrative roles requiring high attention to detail
• Comfort working within structured workflows and product-related processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams
