Software Engineer I

We are a full-stack software development company passionate about what we do. We work with customers worldwide, mainly from the US, creating products and providing customized solutions for web and mobile platforms. 

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus to join our team and work closely with one of our key clients.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Working full-time on a client project, acting as a dedicated team member
• Building and maintaining front-end solutions using React, with exposure to AI-driven features and tools
• Collaborating directly with the client’s Product Manager and backend team to define and implement solutions
• Managing your own backlog, creating and prioritizing tickets, and driving tasks to completion with a high level of autonomy
• Participating in weekly syncs to align on priorities while maintaining ownership of day-to-day execution
• Making informed technical decisions and contributing to overall solution design
• Leveraging AI tools such as Claude or Copilot to enhance development workflows
• Coordinating with internal technical leadership for guidance, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is highly autonomous and comfortable working in a self-managed environment
• Has experience with React and a solid understanding of full-stack development
• Is adaptable and able to thrive in evolving project environments
• Communicates effectively and is comfortable interacting directly with clients
• Has experience or interest in AI tools and modern development workflows
• Is fluent in English (spoken and written)
