Support market sizing, landscape research, and opportunity assessments for pipeline programs across a range of indications.
Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related scientific field (biology, biochemistry, public health, or similar).
0–2 years of experience; new graduates or those with 1–2 years in consulting or biopharma are welcome to apply.
Demonstrated interest in cell and gene therapy, through coursework, research, internships, or applied experience.
Strong Excel and analytical skills, with comfort working across data and systems.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and genuine curiosity about applying them to real business problems.
Exposure to CRM/BI platforms (Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI) a plus, though not required.
Hands-on experience building with AI — prompt engineering, agent or workflow automation, light scripting (Python, SQL) — a strong plus.
Curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, launch-focused environment.
The anticipated annual salary range for this job is based on prior experience in the role/industry, education, location, internal equity, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. For remote-based positions, this range may vary based on your local market. Full-time employment positions will also be eligible to receive pre-IPO equity and annual bonus, in addition to competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, 401(k) plan, life and accidental death and disability coverage, and parental leave benefits. Other perks include subsidized daily lunches and snacks at our on-site locations.
