Whether you’re pulling espresso shots, preparing grab-and-go items, or engaging guests in friendly conversation, you bring comfort and consistency to every shift. Key Responsibilities · Prepare high-quality beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items following recipes and brand standards. · Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and create a welcoming café environment. · Operate the POS system to process payments, room charges, and mobile or to-go orders with accuracy. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, counters, condiment stations, and seating areas. · Restock inventory such as syrups, coffee beans, milk, pastries, and paper goods throughout the shift. · Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients. · Communicate effectively with fellow baristas, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. · Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned. · Support café flow by preparing grab-and-go items, assisting with light food prep, or helping guests with questions or recommendations. · Uphold all company and brand standards related to guest service, safety, and financial procedures. Who You Are · A people-person who enjoys creating warm, memorable moments for guests. · Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced café environment. · Comfortable operating espresso equipment (training provided). · Confident handling money and using POS systems. · A clear communicator—friendly, patient, and attentive. · Able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. · Flexible with scheduling, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
