The Ottawa Senators are seeking an energetic, client support oriented professional to join us as a Coordinator, Premium Suite Sales & Service. This is an excellent opportunity to join an NHL franchise at an entry-level position which will allow the candidate to become fully engaged in the business of a major league sports team.
The Premium Sales & Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Premium Suites and Corporate Partnerships teams through administrative coordination, client support and premium hospitality operations. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences for suite holders, Ownership Partners and guests while ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The coordinator will assist with premium sales processes, event execution, suite management and hospitality programming to help drive revenue growth and elevate the overall premium experience.

Key Responsibilities
Premium Sales & Client Support
- Support the Premium Sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with the preparation, generation, management and tracking of premium sales contracts and payments
- Coordinate and oversee the complimentary suite process, including fulfillment, tracking and reporting within Kore Premium
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to suite owners, Ownership Partners and premium clients
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless event and game-day experiences
Premium Experience & Hospitality
- Support the planning and execution of premium hospitality experiences
- Assist in growing and managing the Black & Gold suite event program
- Collaborate with the Manager of Premium Sales & Service to produce monthly internal communications and newsletters
- Manage charter travel experiences as required
- Rotating Manager on Duty for live events at Canadian Tire Centre, including Ottawa Senators games
Administration & Operations
- Update and maintain dynamic single-night pricing for sales representatives
- Coordinate suite owner communications and event announcements
- Build out events in Kore Premium
- Manage departmental workflows and processes within Asana
- Develop, maintain and analyze suite lease and single-night rental surveys, providing reporting and insights throughout the fiscal period
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and tracking of business development budget and usage
- Assist in training, onboarding and supporting internship program participants
- Support departmental initiatives aimed at achieving revenue and service goals
Qualifications (what we look for)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM or project management systems such as Asana or Kore Premium is considered an asset
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, games, concerts and special events as required
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

This role falls within a base salary range of $42,400 to $65,000 annually, consistent with the organization’s established salary ranges. Salary ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to market data, internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skillset.
