• →Ensure personal hygiene and grooming meet outlet standards.
• →Assist in table setup, including linens, cutlery, and buffet counters.
• →Supply cutlery, condiments, and consumables to guests, maintaining adequate stock.
• →Know menu items, including ingredients, allergies, and daily specials.
• →Take food and beverage orders according to standard operating procedures.
• →Record and place orders with kitchen and bar staff.
• →Suggest and serve desserts and beverages.
• →Maintain a friendly and cooperative environment to enhance customer satisfaction.
• →Check that guests are enjoying their meals and resolve issues with management support.

• Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays.
