Digital Product Manager

Zenoti is the operating system of OVME. It’s how clients book, how providers run their day, how our front desk teams welcome guests, and how our memberships come to life. As the Digital Product Manager, you will own the day-to-day performance, configuration, and evolution of Zenoti across all 27 studios — and serve as a connective product owner across the broader digital platform ecosystem that supports the business (including NetSuite, Bubblehouse, Klaviyo, Birdeye, and the integrations between them).

Roughly 80% of your time will be focused on Zenoti — ensuring it performs, scales, and supports our growth. The remaining 20% will flex across other digital platforms where product ownership, configuration, or cross-system integration is needed. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves the intersection of operations, technology, and client experience, and who is energized by being the single point of accountability for how our digital stack works together.
