Important Eligibility Information

  • Applicants must have a valid right to work in the United Kingdom

  • This role is subject to apprenticeship funding rules. Applicants must be eligible to undertake either a Level 3 or Level 5 HR Apprenticeship.

Applicants who already hold a degree in Human Resources, a CIPD qualification at the same or higher level, or another qualification that would make them ineligible for apprenticeship funding are unlikely to be eligible for this role. If you are unsure whether you meet the apprenticeship eligibility criteria, we encourage you to apply and discuss your circumstances with us during the recruitment process.

We're looking for a motivated and driven HR Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is serious about building a career in HR — whether you're just starting out, transitioning into HR from another role, or have already completed a Level 3 HR apprenticeship and are ready to progress to Level 5.

This isn't a typical apprenticeship. Our HR team operates in a fast-paced, commercial environment, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, juggle multiple priorities, and become a valued member of the team from day one.

Alongside hands-on experience, you'll be supported through a Level 3 or Level 5 HR Apprenticeship, depending on your experience and capability.
