The TT/GP - Global Indirect Procurement department is responsible for the procurement of non-production materials and services. As procurement experts, we cover a wide range of material groups, including logistics and transportation, production equipment, energy, engineering services, IT, as well as marketing and events.
Our "Systems & Tools" team (TT/GP3-4) acts as a Center of Excellence, responsible for the design and implementation of procurement tools and applied systems. Furthermore, we are responsible for the introduction of a new global indirect procurement system.
Our team consists of highly motivated and friendly colleagues who look forward to your support. We are smart and always work for and with each other.
- You will work on a project aiming at implementing a new global indirect procurement software in close coordination with buyers, IT specialist and cross-functional departments
- In doing so, you can take responsibility for further sub-projects as well as diverse and exciting tasks, with a significant impact on the entire organization
- You will support the implementation of the new global indirect procurement system and the associated coordination with global procurement locations (Iberia, Germany, Turkey USA, Brazil, Japan, India, ...)
- You will create presentations to support top management decisions
- You can apply your IT knowledge regarding software solutions and work simultaneously with common MS Office programs

- Successfully completed studies, e.g., in the fields of economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable qualification obtained through other means
- Experience in procurement functions or in a procurement-related IT environment with enthusiasm for new technologies, software, and IT
- Experience in project management and process documentation
- Commitment and strong team skills, as well as an analytical mindset and strategic approach
- Proficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken
