Give joy to our customers by solving their queries via live chat and email;

Ensure excellent customer experience;

Answer customers’ queries & provide reliable information;

Interpret and finetune the customer success process & performance;

Work alongside techies to understand IT business logic;

Build and develop customer relationships that will turn clients into advocates.

Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian;

Ability to work full-time during day shift (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) in a hybrid working model;

Energy to move mountains together with your team;

Empathy and understanding - basically showing clients how important they are!

Gross salary: 1500-1900 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
