Our software is currently live in multiple hospitals, and we are actively working on further developing our innovative platform. Our ambition is to scale across the Netherlands and beyond.
We are looking for a Finance & People Manager who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we’re looking for someone precise with numbers and warm and engaged with colleagues. You will work closely with the COO and the rest of the Management Team to keep Pacmed operating at its best.

In this role you’ll split your time between Finance and People & Culture. You'll thrive here if you love variety, ownership, and the freedom to work in the way that suits you best!
Finance & Administration
You are responsible for monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and presenting results to the Management Team.
You prepare cash flow and runway forecasting and flag risks proactively.
You handle budgeting, forecasting, and you develop assumptions and scenarios.
You act as the financial sparring partner for our Management Team, translating numbers into decision-making insights.
You oversee people-related financial topics, including payroll overviews, headcount and personnel cost planning.
People, HR & Office
You run day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration, and payroll.
You are the first point of contact for colleagues with questions about HR processes, employment conditions, and the office.
You help maintain a nice workplace for your colleagues by arranging lunch and office supplies.
Besides the day to day tasks, you listen to feedback, conduct employee surveys and translate outcomes into concrete suggestions working closely with the Management Team.
