Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines to manufacture high-precision components.

Select and configure cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and offsets per job specifications and drawings.

Conduct in-process quality inspections and measurements to ensure tolerances and finish requirements are met.
- →
Achieve competitive cycle times and contribute to production output targets.
- →
Perform preventive maintenance on machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
- →
Troubleshoot technical issues related to machine operations and part conformity.
- →
Reorder tooling and materials as needed to support continuous production.
- →
Work closely with engineering and quality teams to support process improvements and ensure best practices.
- →
Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
