We’re in this for the greater good at ParetoHealth. Our mission is collective greatness, nothing less will do. Our team is a single force united in the drive to transform employee health benefits.

The company was founded in 2011 to help small and medium-sized businesses fight the rising cost of employee health benefits. We blazed the trail with financing innovations that reduce the risks in self-insurance and deliver significant savings—and we continue to lead with a growing ecosystem of partners and world-class cost control solutions.

But success is measured by more than dollars alone and we measure ours by the good that comes from knowing that every client and all their employees can count on effective, affordable healthcare for years to come.

Please note that ParetoHealth does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship both now or in the future.

Position Summary:

ParetoHealth is scaling its Cost Containment function: a multi-vendor ecosystem of point solutions, TPAs, and PBMs that requires tight operational coordination across data, systems, and internal teams. The CC Ops team is small and high-ownership. This role sits at the intersection of vendor data, internal tooling, and cross-functional reporting.

The Senior Product Operations Manager owns the accuracy and flow of operational data across the entire Cost Containment program lifecycle. This is a technical, process-oriented role. You'll manage vendor reporting integrations, maintain Salesforce data hygiene, build internal dashboards, and drive automation across recurring workflows. You'll partner with Analytics, RevOps, and Data Engineering to keep our operational systems reliable and our internal stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

~3 min read
  • Vendor Reporting & Data Integrations
    • Manage recurring data intake from all Cost Containment vendors (enrollment reports & utilization files) and ensure completeness and accuracy before internal distribution
    • Partner with Analytics and Engineering to build and maintain automated pipelines for new vendor integrations
    • Identify gaps, anomalies, or inconsistencies in inbound data and investigate root causes with vendors or internal teams
    • Maintain structured data transformation logic (Python or SQL) to clean, reshape, and validate vendor files before loading into downstream systems
  • Salesforce & Internal System Hygiene
    • Own ongoing Salesforce updates for vendor enrollment status, picklist values, and CC program tracking fields
    • Consult with RevOps on workflow dependencies when operational changes require system updates
    • Support the rollout of CongaSign and other workflow automations within Salesforce to reduce manual handoffs
  • Operational Dashboards & Reporting
    • Build and maintain internal dashboards (Tableau) tracking enrollments, eligibility status, report receipt, and utilization across all CC programs
    • Generate and distribute regular reports to Account Management, Implementation leadership, and Underwriting
    • Own MCCI survey distribution in collaboration with Customer Operations; deliver results to Underwriting on schedule
  • Automation & Workflow Tooling
    • Build and maintain no-code/low-code automations (Make, Zapier, or similar) to connect vendor data workflows and reduce manual steps
    • Document all automation logic so workflows are auditable and maintainable by others
    • Identify recurring manual tasks across CC Ops and propose automation solutions
  • Documentation & Enablement
    • Own technical configuration documentation, internal knowledge bases, and process SOPs for CC Ops workflows
    • Own and maintain a centralized technical wiki covering vendor configurations, integration requirements, edge cases, and troubleshooting procedures; keeping it current as programs evolve and ensuring teams can self-serve.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in an operations, implementation, product, or technical support role
  • Demonstrated experience administering or building out a technical system end to end (ticketing platform, CRM, automation library, etc.)
  • Experience working with messy, unstructured data across different systems and data sources.
  • Data Intake & QA: Comfortable with recurring vendor files; can independently identify missing rows, schema mismatches, and inconsistencies
  • Basic Python / SQL: Can write scripts or queries to clean, transform, and validate structured data
  • Workflow Automation Experience: Build multi-step automations in Make or Zapier; comfortable with triggers, conditional logic, and webhooks
  • Salesforce Hygiene: Can update, validate, and audit records and picklists; understands downstream impacts
  • Operational Dashboards: Can build and maintain dashboards tracking operational metrics; Tableau experience (or similar) preferred
  • Technical Documentation: Has built knowledge bases, configuration guides, or SOPs for technical workflows for non-technical audiences
  • Project Management: Manages concurrent workstreams, surfaces blockers early, keeps stakeholders informed
  • Ticketing / Support Systems: Experience administering Zendesk, Jira, or equivalent, including workflows, reporting, and training docs

  • 401k company contribution
