Partner Forces is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Design Analyst who is passionate about visual storytelling and eager to grow their design skills in a collaborative consulting environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong interest in graphic design, communications, and creating products that help clients and teams communicate information clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate is curious, coachable, adaptable, and excited to learn while contributing to a variety of internal, business development, and client-facing initiatives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Create presentations, infographics, reports, social media graphics, fact sheets, marketing materials, and other visual communications products.
- →Create and edit graphics, illustrations, icons, and visual assets that align with client and company brand standards.
- →Apply graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy, to produce clear and engaging products.
- →Develop of presentation materials in PowerPoint and other business communication tools.
- →Prepare files for digital publication and print production.
- →Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise products as needed.
- →Collaborate with project teams and corporate staff to communicate complex information through effective visual design.
- →Continuously develop technical, creative, and professional skills.
- →Contribute to internal corporate initiatives and a collaborative team culture grounded in trust, teamwork, and mission success.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability required; current preferred.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Understanding of fundamental graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, layout, and composition.
- Experience creating visual materials through coursework, internships, volunteer work, freelance projects, or professional experience.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation design.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles, including Section 508 requirements, or a willingness to learn.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Creativity and a strong visual eye for communicating information effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Receptiveness to feedback and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Dependability, professionalism, and responsiveness.
- Adaptability and comfort working through ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for visual storytelling.
