BI Analyst / Developer (Senior)

What you will be doing: Act as the technical authority to define best practices and design principles for the entire BI system. Personally design and deliver complex dashboards, reports, and analytical data models. Coach and provide technical direction to BI Analysts while balancing this with individual delivery. Collaborate with developers to embed scalable and performant BI solutions within web applications. Convert business needs into trusted and scalable BI solutions. What our client is looking for: 8 - 10 years in BI/analytics. Expert-level Power BI (preferred) or Tableau/Qlik, including large-scale deployment. Advanced SQL (complex querying, optimisation, data validation) and strong analytical data modelling experience. Solid understanding of ETL/ELT and ability to collaborate with data engineering. Advanced Excel (including Power Query); VBA is a bonus. Experience implementing data quality controls, reporting standards, and governance.
