They prioritise integrity, training, mentoring and have both the size and budget to ensure great career progression. What you will be doing: Administration of MS Active Directory and Entra ID. You will manage the full lifecycle of user identities, group policies, and security permissions. O365 Full-Stack Administration: Going beyond app support. You will be responsible for the configuration, back-end administration, and troubleshooting of the Office 365 tenant, including: Mailbox management, transport rules, and shared resources. Permissions hierarchy, site administration, and data governance. Policy management and integration. Endpoint management and MDM policy deployment. Monitor, investigate, and remediate security threats. You will support enterprise anti-virus solutions and proactively troubleshoot networking and security vulnerabilities. Provide high-level support for end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile) and specialized equipment like biometric access control and VC systems. Act as the escalation point for IT Administrators, providing technical guidance and resolving complex tickets in adherence to strict SLAs. Maintain rigorous, high-quality technical documentation and contribute to infrastructure meetings. What our client is looking for: MCP, A+, N+, or a Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator (Associate or Expert) credential. A minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in a dedicated IT Support or Systems Administration role. Deep, hands-on experience with the Office 365 Admin Center is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable managing the backend of Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. Strong proficiency in Active Directory (on-prem and cloud-hybrid environments) and Azure/Entra ID.
