About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven, execution-oriented Manager, Growth Marketing to lead and scale integrated demand generation programs across digital channels, lifecycle marketing, and pipeline acceleration initiatives. This role is responsible for driving qualified lead generation, optimizing funnel conversion performance, and managing marketing KPIs that directly influence revenue growth. 

The ideal candidate has strong experience building measurable B2B SaaS growth programs, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and RevOps, and using Salesforce and marketing automation tools to manage campaign attribution, reporting, and pipeline performance.  

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving execution and managing a small team of experienced marketers focused on program optimization and pipeline growth. 

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, SEO and social platforms
  • Drive growth in MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and conversion rates. 
  • Optimize full-funnel marketing performance from awareness through opportunity creation.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, routing, follow-up SLAs, and conversion efficiency. 
  • Own campaign planning, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization.
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets, targeting strategies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies across landing pages, messaging, ads, and nurture flows.
  • Monitor acquisition cost, cost-per-lead, return on ad spend and pipeline velocity 
  • Analytics, Reporting & Systems 
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate campaign attribution and lead tracking 
  • Present KPI insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. 
  • Work closely with product marketing, content, revops, sales and customer success stakeholders.
  • Ensure that campaign strategy is aligned with product launches, market segments, and sales priorities.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) and customer expansion initiatives where applicable. 
  • Establish operational rigor and performance expectations for the growth marketing team.
  • Drive accountability across the team to ensure delivery against pipeline, campaign, and revenue objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of growth marketers, including conducting performance reviews, goal setting, and providing ongoing feedback and career development support.
  • Manage and mentor junior growth marketing team members and external agencies. 
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing. 
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams. 
  • Proven success managing lead generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. 
  • Strong experience tracking and managing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI. 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms  
  • Experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. 
  • Experience scaling growth marketing programs and teams in high-growth SaaS environments. 
  • Familiarity with attribution tools, ABM programs, and analytics tools.  
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. 
  • Competitive Base Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 based on experience and location.

    A conversation with members of the Marketing team focused on collaboration, communication, creativity, and how you work cross functionally to drive business impact.

    Step 4: Cross Functional and Leadership Conversations
    This stage includes conversations with cross functional partners and leaders. We explore how you influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities and contribute to a collaborative environment grounded in our values.

    Step 5: Final Conversation with Our CEO
    As a final step candidates may meet with our CEO and Founder Justin Chalfant. This conversation focuses on our mission, culture, and values and gives you the opportunity to ask questions about the company vision and how we continue improving the lives of our customers and team members.
