  • Set up and launch new TikTok ad campaigns aligned with brand objectives and target audiences. 
  • Develop and brief ad creatives (video assets, copy, calls-to-action) tailored to TikTok’s platform and current trends. 
  • Optimize live campaigns to maximize ROI by adjusting targeting, creatives, and bids as needed. 
  • Monitor daily performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates. 
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures. 
  • Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations. 
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for ongoing asset refreshes. 
  • Stay current on TikTok platform updates, features, and emerging ad solutions. 
  • Troubleshoot tracking and set up conversion events via TikTok Pixel. 
  • Manage budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns stay within spend targets. 
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns. 
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and a variety of ad formats (In-Feed, Top View, Branded Hashtag Challenge, GMVmax, etc.). 
  • In-depth knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization. 
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and present actionable insights. 
  • Creative mindset for developing engaging ad creatives tailored for TikTok. 
  • Familiarity with pixel setup, tracking, and attribution best practices. 
  • Experience with budget management, pacing, and reporting. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Campaigns consistently achieve or exceed KPIs for ROI, ROAS, and engagement. 
  • Proactive and timely execution of campaign launches and optimizations. 
  • Data-driven recommendations and insights provided to internal teams and clients. 
  • Effective coordination with creative, analytics, and digital teams for ongoing success. 
  • Adoption and testing of new TikTok ad formats and features.

  • First 30 days: Learn Pattern’s systems and platforms, build relationships with your team and partners, and become familiar with current TikTok campaigns and processes. 
  • First 60 days: Begin to take ownership of campaign set up, optimization, and reporting. Collaborate on creative briefs and start making data-driven recommendations for improvements. 
  • First 90 days: Independently manage campaigns from start to finish, consistently deliver on KPIs, and contribute new ideas for process improvements and innovation. Actively participate in cross-team collaboration and be recognized as a reliable partner by your peers.
  • You will work with the other TikTok Shop managers and be supervised by the Associate Director, Paid Social & Creative Strategy. You will also be mentored by the Head of Accounts for TikTok Shop. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
