HR Payroll

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Payroll Intern to support our HR team in payroll operations and employee-related processes. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to payroll management, HR operations, employee data, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in the monthly payroll processing and related HR activities.

● Maintain and update employee records and payroll data.

● Support attendance, leave, and other payroll-related inputs. ● Assist in preparing and validating payroll reports and MIS.

● Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve payroll and employee data discrepancies.

● Support documentation and other HR Operations activities.

● Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.

● Assist the HR team with other payroll-related tasks as required.

Requirements

● Pursuing BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance, or a related field.

● Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.

● Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.

● Candidates who can commit to a 6-month internship are preferred.
