About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HRBP professional to partner closely with business leaders at Paytm Money. This role requires someone who can independently manage end-to-end HRBP responsibilities, drive people initiatives, influence stakeholders, and contribute strategically to business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong business partnership mindset, executive presence, and the ability to balance employee engagement with business priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:• Partner closely with business leaders and managers to understand business priorities and align HR strategies accordingly.• Drive end-to-end HRBP responsibilities including employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, talent discussions, and organizational effectiveness.• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and provide guidance on people-related matters and team effectiveness.• Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance culture, collaboration, and retention.• Support managers in driving performance conversations, people development, and team productivity.• Identify people's challenges proactively and drive practical, business-oriented solutions.• Drive ownership and accountability across teams while ensuring a positive employee experience.• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and other COEs for seamless HR delivery.• Analyze employee trends, attrition insights, engagement feedback, and workforce challenges to recommend action plans.• Lead and execute strategic HR projects and organizational initiatives with high ownership.• Build strong relationships across teams and establish credibility through mature stakeholder management and execution excellence.• Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives within the business.

Expectations / Requirements:• 8–10 years of relevant HRBP experience in fast-paced organizations.• Preferred industry background: BFSI, Fintech, Wealth Management, or Broking industry.• Strong business partnership and stakeholder management capabilities.• Ability to independently manage HRBP responsibilities with maturity and ownership.• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Growth mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and influence outcomes.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.• Ability to balance employee advocacy with business priorities.• High ownership mindset with strong accountability and execution orientation.• Experience in employee engagement, performance management, conflict resolution, and organizational development.• Strong analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from people data and trends.• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-changing environment.

Education: Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred
