We are looking for a Product Designer 3 who combines strong problem-solving ability with solid design craft. In this role, you will own product areas end-to-end, create high-quality designs, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research to ship impactful solutions. You will be expected to push for excellence, contribute to systems, and grow into a craft leader for more junior designers.

• Own Product Areas: Take end-to-end responsibility for medium-to-large product features, from concept to delivery.

• Solve Problems with Clarity: Break down user and business challenges into clear, elegant design solutions.

• Deliver with Craft: Create polished interaction and visual design that aligns with design systems and elevates user experience.

• Collaborate Deeply: Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure design is central to decision-making.

• Contribute to Systems: Apply and extend existing design systems, ensuring consistency across product experiences.

• Articulate Decisions: Present and defend design decisions with clarity and confidence to peers and stakeholders.

• Mentor Juniors: Guide early-career designers through feedback and critique, contributing to their growth.

• 4–6 years of experience in product design with shipped work that demonstrates craft and problem solving.

• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and product thinking.

• Ability to translate requirements and research insights into actionable design solutions.

• Working knowledge of design systems and scalable patterns.

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to raising the quality bar.

• A collaborative output driven program that brings cohesiveness across businesses through technology
