Product Management- Director- Payments

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale Paytm’s Cross Border Payments platform. This role requires deep hands-on experience in payment products across acquiring, gateways, banking integrations, and cross-border settlement systems.

Own end-to-end product roadmap for cross-border payments including import/export flows, multi-currency acceptance, FX management, and settlement orchestration.

Lead integrations with sponsor banks, payment networks, and FX partners.

Design scalable settlement, reconciliation, and payment features aligned with regulatory requirements.

Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.

Ability to understand different technology platforms, their features and be able to work with solution architects/engineering leads and write detailed product requirement documents, manage future roadmaps and deliverables.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders / senior management / cross-functional teams to influence them for quicker decisions, manage sudden technical roadblocks and be able to clear them.

8+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to payments infrastructure.

Prior experience in acquiring, PSP, gateway, issuing, or global fintech environments.

Deep understanding of cross-border payment rails, FX mechanics, and banking integrations.

Strong execution focus with ability to operate in complex, high-scale environments.
