This team helps them to understand the payment solutions and assist the merchants with its implementation.

About the role: For this role an individual will be leading a group of individuals, monitoring daily/weekly/monthly progress, coordinating with different internal stakeholders payment solution/services.

Expectations/ Requirements:

● The individual will leading the group of individuals, who will be assisting Paytm’s Merchant with the integration of Paytm Payment products.

● The individual will be working along with his Team, Paytm Product, Tech, and

Business Team to understand different product suites and their implementation.

● The individual will take ownership of the team, mentor them, handle escalations, and cordinate with different teams to get things done.

● The individual will take part in meetings/concall with various internal and external stakeholders involved in the Paytm payment product integration process, onboarding process and operations process

● The individual will be maintaining the regular reports to be published, analysis of the data at hands, and presenting the data as per requests

● The individual will have to be quick and maintain minimum TAT for him and his team

● The individual will be responsible for a few operational tasks to manage their daily work via different workflow tools

● The individual must have a good understanding of IT terminology and concepts with up-to-date technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of any coding language

● The individual must have good communications skill and excellent problem-solving skills

● The individual must be able to work in a 24*7 environment

● Be a brand ambassador for Paytm – Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

● Knowledge of any language (Ex:-PHP, JAVA, ASP.Net, Python, etc) and

platform(Android, iOS, Hybrid Apps, Plugins)

● Hands-on experience in debugging the issues for the above-mentioned languages and platforms

● Individuals with experience in platform integrations/Implementation/Solutions team for products and services will be preferred but not mandatory

● Analytics and presentation skills

● Experience in leading people, maintaining the process and enhancing the process
