We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Private Duty Director of Nursing to oversee the clinical operations of our private duty nursing division. The DON will lead a team of skilled nurses and caregivers, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. This is a strategic leadership role with significant impact on patient outcomes and operational success.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational program
• Registered Nurse / RN licensed in the state of Georgia
• Experience in Private Duty and GAPP program
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for private duty nursing services. 
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with nursing staff, patients, and families. 
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. 
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, promoting professional development and retention. 
• Conduct regular chart audits, quality assurance reviews, and performance improvement initiatives. 
• Serve as a clinical resource for complex patient care situations and provide guidance to nursing staff. 
• Collaborate with administrative leadership to optimize scheduling, staffing, and patient satisfaction. 
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of clinical operations.
