We are seeking an experienced and dependable Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health nursing visits on F/Sat/Sun (12 hour) day shifts or F/Sat/Sun/Mon (10 hour) day shifts.

Responsibilities

→Complete skilled nursing visits in patient homes
→Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
→Administer treatments and provide disease management education
→Monitor medication compliance and patient progress
→Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
→Accurately complete electronic documentation in a timely manner
