Weekend Baylor RN (Days) – Home Health (Fri/Sat/Sun)

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health nursing visits on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday day shifts.

• Per Visit Rates: $50 – $140 
• Competitive compensation based on visit type and experience 

The Baylor RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, patient education, coordination of care, and timely documentation. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and one-on-one patient care.

• →Complete skilled nursing visits in patient homes 
• →Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations 
• →Administer treatments and provide disease management education 
• →Monitor medication compliance and patient progress 
• →Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members 
• →Accurately complete electronic documentation in a timely manner 

Requirements

• →Active RN license in good standing 
• →Current CPR certification 
• →Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance 
• →Home health experience preferred 
• →Strong assessment, communication, and time management skills 
• →OASIS experience preferred
