Open Mind Developments is launching our first U.S.-based manufacturing and fulfillment facility, and we’re looking for a hands-on CNC Production Assistant to play a key role in getting it running smoothly and efficiently from day one. In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day CNC production support, oversee machinery, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive continuous improvements that maximize uptime, output, and product quality - all within a clean, controlled environment built for performance and precision.

• →Perform CNC machine homing and start-up procedures.
• →Load correct cut files and set up appropriate jigs.
• →Zero working home origin for each job.
• →Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to jigs as needed.
• →Operate CNC machines - load/unload cases, optimize cycle times, and apply MagSafe.
• →Visually inspect CNC’d cases to ensure quality standards are met.
• →Organize defective products by order and submit for reprocessing.
• →Maintain organized staging of WIP (work-in-progress) cases awaiting CNC.
• →Stage CNC’d cases by order for the shipping team.
• →Execute bulk CNC runs of blank cases.
• →Sweep, organize supplies, and properly dispose of garbage.
• →Assist with monthly inventory counts.
• →Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
• →Support team members as needed.
• →Operate all equipment safely and follow all safety protocols.
• →Collaborate with peers and management to improve processes and promote teamwork
• →Contribute to a positive, collaborative facility culture.

• Mechanically inclined with a hands-on approach to tasks
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
