Seeking a friendly and reliable Assistant Manager to help with overseeing the daily operations at Claude's Creamery and ensuring the environment is fun and inviting for all that enter the establishment..

General responsibilities include assisting the Ice Cream Store Manager with:

• Staff management
• Delegating assignments
• Weekly accounting
• Taking customer orders
• Cooking and food prep
• Organizing and properly storing orders
• Ensuring daily cleaning of equipment, food prep areas, eating areas and restrooms
• Making store trips
• Ensuring menu items are prepared and served to specifications
• Ensuring staff adhere to company safety protocols 
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record
• Previous Food Service Experience
• Previous Management, Supervisor or Team Lead Experience 
• ServSafe Certification a plus
• Experience using a Cash Register
• Good Math and accurate Cash Handling Skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Excellent Problem Solving / Conflict Resolution Skills
• Superior coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Ability to effectively deal with the public and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in various temperatures
• Ability to serve quality products while adhering to health, sanitation, and safety standards
