Responsibilities

→Conducting on-site consultations with residential clients to understand their needs, budget, and design preferences.
→Collaborating with internal design and estimating teams to develop and present customized hardscape proposals.
→Acting as the main liaison between clients and the field team to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
→Performing site analyses that includes the assessment of current plants, soil conditions, lighting, the view, and architecture style of the house.
→Developing design approaches that meet their desires within the site’s potential.
→Writing proposals and presenting them to clients.
→Closing the sale with clients.
→Liaising with fellow architects, project managers, engineers, and surveyors.
