Founded in 1987, the company has grown from a neighborhood yard care service into a full-scale landscape design and build firm serving the region from its home base in Hermantown/Duluth. Every project begins with a personalized consultation to ensure the final result reflects the client’s vision—making Miller Creek a trusted partner for beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscaping Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
We offer a competitive compensation package including a starting pay between $32-38 hourly with an opportunity for a relocation incentive!
What We Offer

~1 min read- 3+ years of experience in project management in landscaping, construction or a similar industry.
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Experience with large scale projects including commercial, municipal, or large residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction, design/build, horticulture, and hardscaping techniques.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Plan and oversee landscape projects from start to finish (site prep, hardscape, softscape, sod).
- →Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and resources.
- →Coordinate with designers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- →Order materials, arrange trucking, and manage equipment and site logistics.
- →Monitor project budgets, labor hours, overtime, and material usage.
- →Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
- →Manage change orders and address on-site challenges proactively.
- →Other duties as assigned.
