Naylor Landscape Management, a family-owned company serving Southwest Michigan for over 30 years, is seeking a Landscaping Installation Foreman to help deliver high-end residential projects including patios, fire features, outdoor kitchens, lighting, water features, and more.

Responsibilities

→Lead and work alongside a small installation crew
→Build high-quality hardscape and landscape projects
→Read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
→Coordinate materials and job site logistics
→Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
→Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members

1+ year leading a landscape installation crew
3+ years of landscape construction/install experience
Ability to read blueprints and site plans
Experience operating landscape construction equipment and truck/trailer combinations
CDL-A preferred (or ability to obtain within 60–90 days)
Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
