This is an exciting base + commission opportunity, with overall total compensation based on performance.

Our base starting range is between $75,000 to $85,000 annually, plus opportunities for significant commission.

Requirements

3+ years of sales experience; selling a service to customers (selling services like landscaping or construction is highly preferred)
Sales experience in construction/landscaping is preferred;
Experience working with and selling to high-end clientele is required;
Experience with a CRM is required; experience with a software such as LMN, Aspire, or a similar software is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

→Meet with prospective clients to understand their outdoor living vision, assess site conditions, and discuss project goals;
→Develop and execute a sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets;
→Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing estimates, and conceptual designs;
→Build and maintain strong client relationships;
→Maintain organized sales pipeline in CRM;
→Follow up consistently to close sales;
→Participate in community and networking events;
→Perform other duties as assigned.
