We are looking for a highly organized and proactive recruitment professional to support high-volume hiring operations across global markets. This role focuses heavily on sourcing, shortlisting, market mapping, candidate coordination, and scheduling across various industries and technical functions.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting consulting or agency-style recruitment environments, can work with fast turnaround expectations, and is comfortable handling multiple roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end sourcing and shortlisting for global hiring requirements
  • Perform continuous market mapping and talent research across multiple industries
  • Deliver candidate shortlists within agreed turnaround times (target: within 12 hours)
  • Coordinate interviews, schedules, and recruitment updates primarily via email
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
  • Support hiring requirements across technical, commercial, and back-office functions
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, consultants, and hiring stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sourcing, shortlisting, market mapping, coordination, and scheduling
  • Experience working in high-volume recruitment environments
  • Exposure to global markets and international hiring
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, turnaround-driven environments
  • Experience recruiting for consulting or agency environments is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with both commercial and back-office hiring functions
