About the Role
~1 min read- Own the automation roadmap across campaign setup, activation, optimization, and reporting
- Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone workflows and translate them into scalable automated solutions
- Partner with Operations stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation initiatives end-to-end
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation features
- Measure and communicate automation impact (e.g., time saved, error reduction, campaign throughput)
- Continuously iterate to improve the campaign system's performance, scalability, and usability
- A growing percentage of campaigns launched and managed through automated workflows
- Meaningful reduction in campaign setup time and operational errors
- Increased scale of media activation without proportional headcount growth
- High adoption, trust, and satisfaction among Campaign Operations stakeholders
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong experience designing and delivering automation first workflows
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering, Data and AI teams on technical systems and integrations
- Experience translating operational pain points into clear, scalable product solutions
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive prioritization and measurement
- Experience with AI-driven automation or rules-based decision systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in ad tech, martech, retail media, or campaign management platforms
- Familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, or media activation systems
- Background in operations, process optimization, or platform scalability
